Diego Aguilar is a research intern at the Instituto de Estudios Peruanos (IEP) and DIRSI (Diálogo Regional sobre Sociedad de la Información).

His main interests are related to economic development, information society, project evaluation and public policy topics, both from a theoretical and empirical perspective.  He is currently working on his thesis at the Social Sciences Faculty (Economics) at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP)
